Our second assignment in design was to create four different series of lines whose designs evolved over time. (the series go from left to right). In design, a line can be defined as a point moving in space.

In the first series, I the design I created had a change in orientation in the middle of the line. I tried adding more to the design, breaking up the lines to create implied points, and curving the lines to see how they impacted the lines' effects. In the second series I investigated curved lines by adding more layers and lines and changed the value of some of the lines in the design. In the third series I focused on the orientation of lines and how increasing the number of lines would affect the design. In the last series I wanted to investigate more of how lines can be created through closure with implied connections.
I thought about different designs for interior decorations and was reminded by circular globes that hang from the ceiling of a friend's house. I wanted to see what the designs of a phew of circles would look like as these kinds of decorations. The results of the rough photoshops are down below.

I also was watching Dragon Ball while completing the images above and decided to see what one of the designs would look like as a dragon ball from the series.
